To keep it pleasant, professional, and safe for everyone, we ask you to observe the following house rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Mutual respect<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be respectful towards other users, visitors, and staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disruptive, aggressive, or intimidating behavior is not tolerated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be mindful of the peace and concentration of others, especially in coworking zones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Phone calls should be made discreetly or in designated areas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Use of spaces<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Only use the spaces for which you have a reservation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leave workspaces, meeting rooms, and event spaces neat and orderly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Furniture and room layouts may only be rearranged upon consultation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building (including e-cigarettes and vapes).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Equipment &amp; infrastructure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Treat all materials, furniture, and technical infrastructure with care.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only use equipment for its intended purpose.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damage, defects, or malfunctions must be reported immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intentional damage, misuse, or negligence may be charged to the user.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Kitchen &amp; kitchen appliances<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The kitchen is a shared space. We rely on everyone&#8217;s responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Leave the kitchen clean after use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear used plates, glasses, and cutlery immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clean appliances (coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, \u2026) after use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not leave food remnants or trash on tables or countertops.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only consume your own food, unless agreed otherwise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ostend Hub is not responsible for the loss or disappearance of personal food items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Waste &amp; cleanliness<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sort waste correctly according to the provided recycling bins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not leave any trash in workspaces or meeting rooms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Large quantities of waste (e.g. after events) must be properly disposed of.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Visitors<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Visitors are welcome, provided they are registered in advance where required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The user remains responsible for the conduct of their visitors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visitors must also respect these house rules.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Safety<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Always follow the safety instructions in the building.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emergency exits must remain unobstructed at all times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bringing dangerous, illegal, or flammable substances inside is prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In emergencies, everyone must evacuate the building immediately according to instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Theft &amp; unauthorized use<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Theft, attempted theft, or taking property without permission is strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unauthorized use of spaces, materials, or infrastructure may lead to immediate suspension or denial of access.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of serious violations, Ostend Hub may take further legal action.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Liability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ostend Hub is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Never leave valuable belongings unattended.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Sanctions for non-compliance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of failure to comply with these house rules, Ostend Hub reserves the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>temporarily or permanently deny access,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cancel the reservation without refund,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>charge for any damage or additional expenses incurred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11.
