To ensure a pleasant, safe, and professional experience for everyone, we ask that you respect the following house rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By using the coworking spaces, meeting rooms or event spaces you agree to these house rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Respect for each other<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Behave respectfully towards other users, visitors and employees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disruptive, aggressive or intimidating behavior will not be tolerated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please respect the peace and quiet and concentration of others, especially in coworking spaces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Telephoning is done discreetly or in designated areas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Use of spaces<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Only use the spaces for which you have a reservation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leave workstations, meeting rooms and event spaces neat and tidy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Furniture and arrangements may only be moved after consultation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Smoking is prohibited in the building (including e-cigarettes and vapes).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Materials &amp; infrastructure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Handle all materials, furniture and technical infrastructure with care.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use equipment only for its intended purpose.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damage, defects or malfunctions must be reported immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intentional damage, misuse or negligence may be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Kitchen &amp; kitchen appliances<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The kitchen is a shared space. We expect everyone to take responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Leave the kitchen clean after use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Put away used plates, glasses and cutlery immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clean appliances (coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.) after use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not leave food scraps or garbage on tables or countertops.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please only use your own food, unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ostend Hub is not responsible for loss or disappearance of personal food items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Waste &amp; cleanliness<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sort waste correctly according to the waste bins provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not leave any rubbish in work areas or meeting rooms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Large amounts of waste (e.g. after events) must be disposed of correctly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Visitors<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Visitors are welcome, provided they have registered in advance if necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The user remains responsible for the behavior of his\/her visitors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visitors must also respect these house rules.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Safety<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Always follow the safety instructions in the building.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emergency exits must remain clear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is prohibited to bring in dangerous, illegal or flammable substances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of emergency, everyone must leave the building immediately as instructed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Theft &amp; unauthorized use<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Theft, attempted theft, or taking any material without permission is strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unauthorized use of spaces, materials or infrastructure may result in immediate access control or denial.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of serious violations, Ostend Hub may take further steps.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Liability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ostend Hub is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal property.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Never leave valuables unattended.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Sanctions for violation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In case of non-compliance with these house rules, Ostend Hub reserves the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>to deny access temporarily or permanently,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to cancel the reservation without refund,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to charge you for any damage or additional costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Final provision<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>These house rules are there to create a pleasant, professional and respectful place together.<br>Have any questions?
